SBY meets the UNCTAD, WTO

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono received courtesy calls from the UN Conference on trade and development (UNCTAD) Secretary General Supachai Panitchpak and the World Trade Organization (WTO) Director General Pascal Lamy on his Office in separate meetings on Monday.

Panitchpak arrived at the Presidential Office to 2 hours while Lamy came half an hour later.

Yudhoyono discussed global sustainable development with the UNCTAD top official, according to a statement from the Presidential Office.

Lamy, accompanied by his advisor Matthew Wilson, discussed about effectively deal with the ongoing global and regional development.

Panitchpak and Lamy attended the opening of the 2012 world export development Forum (WEDF) in the Shangri-La hotel earlier on Monday that President Yudhoyono was inaugurated.(swd)
