Barcelona's Puyol returns after dislocating elbow

Barcelona team doctors have cleared Carles Puyol to play after the center back recovered from a dislocated elbow.

The Spain defender injured his arm during a gruesome fall on Oct. 2 in a Champions League match at Benfica. He hasn't played since.

Barcelona plays Zaragoza on Saturday, looking to extend its club-record start that has it leading the Spanish league.
