A leaked document, that is claimed is a letter from the corruption eradication Commission (KPK) naming Democratic Party Chairman Anas Urbaningrum a suspect in a case of the prosthesis, is worrying President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono that it believes the "wrong impression" about his relationship with Anas can give.

Yudhoyono, said in a press statement by presidential spokesman Julian Aldrin Pasha released on Wednesday, that he was seriously concerned about reports in the media suggested that the person responsible for the leak may have been "someone out of the Palace."

"For the sake of truth and justice, as well as about defending the dignity of the Palace and the KPK, the President sincerely hopes that the KPK a transparent, serious and thorough investigation into the leaking of the document will perform," said Julian. "They [KPK] must work with the police, if necessary."

Julian said that Yudhoyono deplored the media reports, which he said had given the impression that he and Anas did not get along.

Julian probably was referring to speculation after the leak that the document was released "to help justify deliberately create" Yudhoyono of decision to take back control of his Democratic Party.

Last week, Yudhoyono made an announcement that he, as head of the Party General Assembly, more control of the party, which has been severely damaged by several cases of corruption that we have a number of its executives including Anas would assume.

According to the leaked document, which is widely distributed on social media sites, referenced as Anas a suspect for accepting an illegal gratuity in the form of a Toyota Harrier while he was still a legislator between October 2009 and July 2010.

The document says that the tip was linked to the construction of the Rp 1.17 trillion (US $ 121.37 million) Hambalang sports complex in Bogor, West Java.
