CAK Imin not bothered by Yenny Wahid move

The National Awakening Party (PKB) Chairman Muhaimin Iskandar, popularly known as Cak Imin, is unperturbed by former PKB Secretary General Yenny Wahid the decision to join the Democratic Party.

"Don't worry, she's out of the PKB since 2009. So, it's not a problem anymore [for the PKB], "said Cak Imin on the PKB Central Directorate in Jakarta, on Sunday, as quoted by Antara news agency.

Yenny, the second daughter of the late former president "Gus Dur" PKB Abdurrahman Wahid, who is also the founder and patron was, joined the Democratic Party along with several youth leaders of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Indonesia's largest Islamic organization.

Yenny the new Indonesian national sovereignty party (PKBIB), in which she currently serves as President also would merge with the ruling party, PKBIB Secretary General Imron Rosyadi Hamid confirmed on Sunday.

Yenny the first meeting with Yudhoyono on the two parties merger plan were held on March 23, in the private residence of the President in Cikeas, West Java. Yenny was accompanied by her mother, former first lady Sinta Nuriyah.

Yudhoyono is rumored to have offered Yenny a Deputy Chairman position within the Party Central Executive Board.

The younger sister of Gus Dur, Lily Chodidjah Wahid became a member of the people's conscience party (Hanura) on March 28, after she was fired from the PKB after an internal conflict with Muhaimin who is also her cousin.
