IHSG gains 0.29 percent on Monday

The Indonesian Composite Index (IHSG) gained 0.29 percent to close at 4,774.50 in Monday's trading.

Kontan.co.id report 10.5 billion shares worth Rp 8.18 trillion traded. As many as 153 stocks were gained, 109 lost and 87 were unchanged.

Five sectors were in the green zone: basic industries up 2.23 percent, trade 2.05 percent, manufacturing 0.53 percent, construction 0.51 percent, consumer products 0.41 percent.

Five sectors were in the red: finance down 0.16 percent, infrastructure 0.39 percent, mining 0.87 percent, miscellaneous industries 1.09 percent, plantations 1.55 percent.

The top gainers were PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN) up by 7.37 percent, PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR) 5.95 percent, and PT Surya Semesta International Tbk (SSIA) 5.43 percent.
