South Korean sensation PSY is set to spread the “Gangnam Style” virus in Jakarta.

Promoter Rajawali Indonesia said in a press release made available for The Jakarta Post Digital on Wednesday that the rapper will perform before Jakarta audiences on Nov. 25.

Details on the concert have not yet been unveiled.

Since its release on July 15, his “Gangnam Style” Youtube video, which features PSY's trademark dance moves riding on an imaginary horse and brandishing imaginary lassos, has been viewed over 600 million times on YouTube. The song talks about the Gangnam district, the high profile area where he came from and the life of Gangnam people.

PSY has appeared on numerous high profile television programs including The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Today Show, Saturday Night Live, Sunrise and The X-Factor. He has also taught United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon how to dance Gangnam style when they met at the UN headquarters in New York recently. (swd)
