Nasrudin the family convinced Antasari innocent

JAKARTA: businessman Nasrudin Zulkarnaen's family killed will apply for a judicial review of the Criminal Code Procedure (KUHAP), that their chances of a second review of the case on Nasrudin murder trial closes.

ADI Syamsudin Iskandar, Director of PT Putra Rajawali Banjaran brother of former Nasrudin, said as quoted by kompas.com that the investigation of the murder in the death of his brother full of irregularities.

He said he doubted that Antasari Azhar, the former corruption eradication (KPK) Commissioner convicted of the killing of Nasrudin, the real mastermind behind the killing was.

In 2010 the Jakarta Court convicted Antasari to 18 years in prison for killing 2009 of Nasrudin. The verdict was confirmed by the Supreme Court a few months later.

Antasari then tried to overturn the Supreme Court's ruling by filing a review of the case of his murder trial in February last year but to no avail.
